To use the haka7 platform, you must be at least 18 years Minors are strictly prohibited from registering, and any such accounts will be closed at any time without notice.

You confirm that you do not reside in any country or region where online betting is fully prohibited. It is entirely your responsibility to know and comply with the laws applicable in your area.

• Multiple accounts from the same device or IP address are not permitted
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold to another person
• Registering with false information will result in account termination

Providing accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration on haka7 is mandatory. Incorrect name, date of birth, or contact details may cause issues with payment processing later on.

Haka7 follows KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. Before withdrawals or large transactions, you may be required to verify your identity by submitting one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport or Driving License
• Proof of mobile banking account ownership
• Proof of current address (e.g. utility bill)

Haka7 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals until verification is complete. Once documents are submitted, verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

Haka7 supports Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits and withdrawals. Minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 and minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500।

Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact customer support.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes within that time. However, if verification or a security review is required, the process may take up to 24 hours.

• The name on your account and the name on your mobile banking account must match for withdrawals
• Payments to third-party accounts are not accepted
• Suspicious transactions may be held and investigated
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first

Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to BDT 10,000. To withdraw this bonus, the wagering requirement (10x the bonus amount) must be met.

Cashback Bonus: A percentage of your net weekly losses is returned as cashback. The wagering requirement on cashback is 1x.

• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• Withdrawing your deposit before clearing the bonus will result in the bonus being forfeited
• Any attempt to fraudulently claim bonuses will result in account closure
• Haka7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

When placing bets on haka7, the odds, rules, and specific terms applicable to each event apply individually. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the scheduled time, the stake for that bet will be refunded. For single bets, the full stake is returned; for parlay bets, the relevant leg will be counted at odds of 1.00.

• Haka7 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds
• Bets placed during a technical error will be subject to review
• Payments will be withheld if match-fixing or unusual betting patterns are detected
• If disconnected during live betting, check your bet confirmation email or notification to verify the bet status

Haka7 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Use of a false identity or fabricated information
• Creating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the system
• Being a minor or misrepresenting your age

If your account is closed and you have a valid balance, please contact support to arrange a refund. Note that bonus or promotional balances will not be refunded.

Haka7 collects and processes your personal information solely for the purpose of providing its services. Your data is never sold to third parties.
